MediateWithMe is me, Rajinder Rai. I am a mediator fully accredited with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) in the fields of Civil and Commercial Mediation and Workplace Disputes Mediation.

  • With over 20 years’ experience as a practising Lawyer resolving legal disputes, I have in-depth knowledge of the court process, law procedure, and the risks and costs involved.

Who AM I?

I am a Civil and Commercial Mediator and Workplace Disputes Mediator, accredited with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

As a practising Lawyer, I know how much time, money and stress the court room can create. I can help guide you through the process of mediation and resolve your dispute with the other party, offering a low stress and cost-effective solution to preserving relationships.

I practise both Litigation and Mediation because I believe people should explore alternative methods to resolving legal disputes before going through the court process, which has an 18-24 month backlog. The courts are currently encouraging parties in dispute to explore methods like mediation first, and placing sanctions on those who refuse to do so.

I sit as a Committee Member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Law Society, which keeps practitioners up to date in the ever-changing field of Dispute Resolution. You can trust that my knowledge and expertise is fresh and current as a result of my commitment to continuous professional development.
